All Rewards Have Shipped, New Megahex Tiles, and T-Shirts

Three bits of news for today:

• Warehouse 23 has shipped the last of the Hexagram #4 rewards. Please watch your mail over the next few weeks for your package. Those of you outside of the United States may need to wait longer than that. As you know, things are weird in the world right now and we are unsure of how fast/slow packages are moving around the world.
•  Megahex Erasable Tiles. Now up for pre-order and expected to arrive in October, these three sets of erasable tiles are compatible with the tiles found in the Legacy Edition and Decks of Destiny boxes. "On introduction, and for the next 30 days, a set of tiles will be only $11.95. After that, they go up to $14.95." More info here! 
•  New T-Shirts! The t-shirt Kickstarter campaign now includes two different t-shirt designs for The Fantasy Trip, with a third design waiting to be unlocked. Join the t-shirt campaign today!

Fulfillment Update

As mentioned in this update, we're now shipping out the Hexagram #4 rewards. As of this moment:

• 143 U.S. rewards remain to be packed and shipped.
• 42 International rewards have to be packed and shipped.

NOTE: There was a typo in that previous update where we misstated the number of international rewards. Sorry about the mistake, gang. That's on me.

T-Shirts Now on Kickstarter!

We've been asked many times about t-shirts . . . and here they are! The t-shirt campaign closes on June 1, so please check out the available designs and then join in to unlock more stretch goals and add new shirt designs to the campaign. Learn more about the t-shirt project here!

Rewards Starting to Ship

We are being very cautious when it comes to shipping, but we can now report that the rewards for Hexagram #4  started to mail out to backers over the last week. 

As of this morning:

• 257 U.S rewards have shipped.
• 294 U.S. rewards remain to be packed and shipped.
• 146 International rewards have to be packed and shipped.

Only one member of the team is going into the warehouse at a time, and only a few times each week, so our packing and shipping rate is far slower than it would be in normal times. We prefer to go slow, though, and minimize risk to the warehouse crew rather than send everyone in the building on the same day.

We will continue to pack and ship rewards until they are all on their way. If something changes, or when we have news on the team's progress, we will post a new update and let you know the latest news.

Thanks for your patience and understanding as we work through unusual circumstances and do our best to stay safe during a global pandemic.

PDFs Are Out!

Delivery of the PDF version of Hexagram 4 is now complete. The physical copies will be shipped as soon as we can legally do so – and it will be very soon after Texas opens up again, because many of them are already packed and ready to go. Thank you for your patience.

Hexagram 5 is coming along very nicely, though we won’t start the campaign until we can see the light at the end of the current tunnel.

    As for the campaign that is running now – check out our Kickstarter for the Book of Unlife, a bestiary of creatures of the unbreathing sort, and Red Crypt, a new solo for one character. The campaign has a week to go and is currently funded at three times our “ask,” but we’d sure like to add some more copies. In the current emergency, PDFs will be shared as soon as we can create them, and books shipped as soon as we legally and safely can (though behind Hexagram 4 because those rewards are due first).

    We’re looking at ways to get some rewards packed and ready to go without increasing anyone’s exposure. If we solve that, we can get a bit closer to caught up on our physical shipping.

    If you’re reading this, you probably already know that Melee is now available as a free PDF on Warehouse 23. But have you told your friends?

Surveys Closed and Fulfillment Update

Thank you, everyone, for your support! With the BackerKit surveys now closed, the Warehouse 23 team has started fulfilling the PDF rewards. Please be patient as they work through the delivery process. We will post another update once all PDF rewards have been sent out.

As for physical rewards, our office still closed and we are unable to start shipping packages. Once we can return to our offices, we will start packing and mailing the physical rewards. We appreciate your patience as all of us wait for things in the world to return to normal.

Two New Books!

Later today, on Kickstarter, we will open the latest campaign for The Fantasy Trip. We've got two books all set to go in a single project; click the green button on this page to receive email notification when the project goes live.

What are the two new books?

• The Book of Unlife, a collection of undead monsters to use in your games.
• Red Crypt, a new solitaire adventure!

Physical rewards in the new campaign will be limited to U.S. backers only. For those of you outside of the U.S., we will release both of these books on Amazon as print-on-demand titles just as soon as we ship out the printed books to U.S. backers.

Why? Using the Amazon print-on-demand tools makes it much cheaper for those outside of the U.S. to get the books without spending too much on shipping. In many cases, Amazon prints the books in the regions where they are ordered, and this means that you pay a lot less for postage than if we had to ship the books to you.
